2025 Wages/Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 base salary + year-end incentive compensation annual bonus potential, depending on individual and firm performance

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting to lead our finance and accounting function, ensuring financial integrity, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting operations while providing strategic financial insights to drive business decisions.
This is a hybrid position, with at least three days per week working in-office.
